The protocol
zPerps is a non-custodial, permissionless perpetual futures protocol. Collateral is held in Zcash Orchard notes controlled by your viewing key; the protocol operators cannot access, freeze or recover your funds.
The interface at this domain is one of many possible front-ends. Using it does not create a contractual relationship with any operator beyond these terms.
Eligibility
You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction and not a resident of, or accessing the interface from, any jurisdiction where derivatives trading is prohibited. You are solely responsible for compliance with local law.
Risk
Leveraged trading can result in the loss of all collateral. Liquidations are executed automatically by keepers when the oracle price crosses your committed liquidation level and cannot be reversed.
Zero-knowledge circuits, smart contracts and oracles may contain bugs. The protocol is provided as-is without warranty of any kind.
Keys and privacy
Your viewing key is the only way to open, close or withdraw positions. If it is lost, positions cannot be recovered by anyone, including the operators. The protocol never learns your balance, position size or address.
Prohibited use
You may not use the interface for market manipulation, to evade sanctions, or to launder proceeds of crime. Automated access is permitted subject to rate limits.
Changes
These terms may be updated. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
